WANT TO RETURN, EXCHANGE, OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER

We ask you to measure your waist size and use any measurement details listed in the description before purchasing. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we temporarily suspended product returns on apparel, mask, or accessories.

We encourage all of our customers (Explorers) to contact us if you have questions before purchasing. We apologize in advance for not being able to support a return or exchange option at this time.

If your order has not shipped, you may cancel.  Immediately after placing your order, please send an email to drmobtheexplorer@gmail.com. A service fee for payments may apply.

CUSTOM MADE ORDERS

All custom-made or modified orders to customer specifications are non-refundable.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
